To check email registration on Instagram, Facebook or other services, select that platform in the full catalog.
In registration checks, yes means an account was found; no means it was not found. Other check types return additional fields. Errors and missing results should not be treated as no.

What contacts can I check?
The catalog includes checks for phone numbers, email addresses and usernames. The accepted input depends on the checker. Include the country code with phone numbers.
Can I upload an Excel file with several columns?
Yes. Upload the XLSX file, then choose a sheet and a column. When exporting, keep the original data and append check results on the right.
What do yes and no mean?
In registration checks, yes means an account was found; no means it was not found. Other check types return additional fields. Errors and missing results should not be treated as no.
How is the price calculated?
Catalog prices are per 1,000 records. Before starting, you will see an estimate for your list. The minimum billed volume is 500 records, or a higher minimum required by the selected check.
How long does processing take?
Processing time depends on the service and list size. Track task status and progress in your workspace, then download the result from task history.
Is an API available?
The public API is not available yet. You can currently run checks through the website workspace.
How should I interpret the results?
Results reflect the selected check at the time of processing. An account registration does not mean someone has consented to messages. A valid format does not guarantee an active account.
